Yes – that is exactly what the 30-minute call is for. You will get a straight answer about whether we can help, and a clear scope and price if we are a fit. No pressure, no pushy sales.
How fast do you reply?
We usually reply within one business day. For urgent launches or retail deadlines, tell us in your message and we will get back to you sooner.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The first 30-minute call is free. If we scope a project after that, you get a written proposal with a fixed price before any commitment.
What should I prepare for the call?
A quick summary of your brand, category, stage and goal – plus your current packaging or marketing if you have them. Ten minutes of context is enough; we will handle the rest.
Can we work together if we are not based in Canada?
Yes – we work with brands across the USA, India, the Middle East and Europe, and almost everything happens over video calls and shared files. We are used to working across time zones.
